STARTERS Roasted Aubergine and Tomato Soup with Cous Cous Smoked Salmon with Fromage Blanc, Mint and Lemon Melon with Ginger Wine and Strawberries Mushroom Pate tartlets with Tomato, Orange and Basil Haggis on Carrot Tagliatelli with Whisky and Onion Sauce
MAIN COURSES Fillet of Scottish Salmon with a Horseradish and herb Crust with a fresh Watercress sauce Trout in a blanket of Natural Yogurt and Drambuie Liqueur with a sprinkling of Oregano Medallions of Pork in on a spinach Canapé finished with Dijon mustard cream sauce. A Warm Game Tart with a whisky peppercorn cream sauce Duck with Fruits of the Forest Sauce highlighted with raspberry wine vinegar Pan seared Aberdeen Angus steak, with a reduced rich Shiraz red wine sauce with mushrooms and garlic
